Brazilian covers the full intimate area: the front, the labia, and the perianal area. You can choose to leave a strip or triangle at the front — just tell your technician at the start of the session.
Hair here is the coarsest on the body, which means it responds strongly to laser, but also that the sensation is more intense than on legs or arms. Our diode handpiece cools the skin continuously, and numbing cream is available if you would like it — apply it 30 minutes before your appointment.
This is the treatment where our clients most often say they wish they had started earlier. Waxing means growing hair out for three weeks between appointments, forever. A laser course means six to eight visits and then it is largely done.
Before your session
Shave the entire area 12–24 hours before. We cannot treat unshaven skin here.
No waxing or epilating for four weeks beforehand. If you want numbing cream, apply it 30 minutes before arriving. Book outside the first two days of your cycle if you can — the area is more sensitive then.
After your session
Redness, warmth, and small raised bumps for up to 24 hours are expected. Wear loose cotton underwear and skip tight clothing for a day.
For 48 hours: no hot tubs, saunas, swimming pools, sex, or intense exercise, and nothing fragranced on the area. Shedding runs from around day 7 to day 14. Gentle exfoliation from day 7 helps; plucking does not.

Does Brazilian laser hair removal hurt?
It is the most sensitive area we treat — most clients rate it 4 to 6 out of 10, described as a hot elastic snap. The contact cooling on the handpiece makes a substantial difference, sessions are short, and numbing cream applied 30 minutes beforehand is available at no charge. Nearly everyone reports that sessions get easier as hair density drops.
Can I leave some hair at the front?
Yes. A strip, a triangle, or full removal — tell your technician at the start of the session and we shape to whatever you prefer. You can change your mind between sessions.
Is a female technician available?
Yes, at no extra cost. Request it when you book and we will schedule you accordingly.
How many Brazilian sessions do I need?
Most clients need 6 to 8 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart for 70–90% permanent reduction, then one or two maintenance sessions a year. Hormonal factors such as PCOS can increase both the number of sessions and the ongoing maintenance, which we will discuss honestly at your patch test.
